Coincidence?

K: Why do you always attribute answers to your prayers to God? Couldn't it be just coincidence?

L: If I said to you, "You know that wonderful bread you always bring to our dinners? I would like to take that to a dinner I am going to tonight. Could you please get me a loaf and drop it at my house this afternoon on your way home from work, please? Let me know how much it cost so I can reimburse you. If I am not in yet when you come by, could you please just set it inside the screen door. Thank you!" And when I got home I found the loaf inside the screen door, would I think it was a coincidence or would I not logically conclude that you granted me the favor I asked you?

The 5th Commandment and Abortion

"How do you square abortion with the the commandment, 'Thou shalt not kill.'"

"It's not a baby. It's just tissue."

"If it's not a baby, then it doesn't need to be aborted, does it?"
